SRX27160795: Whole Genome Sequencing of Acinetobacter indicus: LXX-2022-12

Design: The sequencing library was constructed using standard PacBio protocols. DNA was first fragmented using g-TUBE, followed by damage repair, end repair, and ligation of hairpin adapters to create SMRTbell templates. The library was size-selected using BluePippin to enrich for fragments of the desired size range. The final library was then assessed for quality before being sequenced on the PacBio Sequel system.
