SRX3895580: Whole genome sequencing of Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli strains isolated from different sources
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina MiSeq) run: 2.3M spots, 1.1G bases, 601.6Mb downloads

Design: DNA was extracted from a single-separated colony using the DNeasy Blood & Tissue Kit (QIAgen) in a QIAcube instrument (QIAgen). Fragmentation was performed using microTUBE-15 AFA Beads Screw-Cap (Covaris) and a M220 Focused-ultrasonicator (Covaris) with default settings to achieve a 350 bp peak. The sheared DNA was used for library construction using the Accel-NGS 2S Plus DNA Library Kit (Swift Bioscience) and paired-end sequenced using an Illumina MiSeq platform with MiSeq Reagent Kit v2 (2_250).
