Submitted by: Oak Ridge National Laboratory
Study: Pseudoalteromonas sp. ND6B Genome sequencing and assembly
show Abstracthide Abstract
Pseudoalteromonas sp. Strain ND6B is an aerobic heterotrophic gram negative bacterium. Strain ND6B was isolated on minimal medium (ONR7a) with crude oil as a sole carbon source. Strain ND6B was isolated from the Eastern Mediterranean from a water depth of 1210 m. Strain ND6B was routinely grown at 14 degree Celsius.
