Description Investigator: Gary Payne. One replication only. A 1x108 condial suspension of A. flavus 3357 was added to 100ml of modified A&M medium (320ug/ml arginine added) in 500 ml flask. The cultures were incubated as shake cultures (200 rpm) for 24 hrs at either 28 or 37C.
Data processing RMA background correction, log2 transformation, quantile normalization, median polish probe summary, using JMP Genomics v3.0
