5-56 | 5.66e-03 | |||
anti-virulence regulator CigR family protein; Members of this family are full-length homologs of CigR, an inner membrane protein that appears to act as an anti-virulence factor. It was previously thought to be exported as a type III secretion system (T3SS) effector. A low-complexity, variable length repetitive region, rich in Gly, Pro, His, Lys, and Asn, separates a short, hydrophobic N-terminal domain from a longer, well-conserved C-terminal domain. A short stretch of that C-terminal domain, about 25 amino acids long, shows similarity to the C-terminal half of the domain described by Pfam model PF11776.10 (RcnB), but similarity between CigR and RcnB is not extensive. Pssm-ID: 468512 [Multi-domain] Cd Length: 147 Bit Score: 34.81 E-value: 5.66e-03
