Whole genome sequencing of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae isolated in Myanmar

The purpose of this project is to investigate the prevalence of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae in Asian countries. Special emphasis is laid on plasmids harboring carbapenemase genes responsible for the resistance.
