This family consists of uncharacterized proteins around 180 residues in length and is mainly found in various Bacillus species. Distant homology and fold prediction suggests proteins from this family would have a ferrodoxin dimeric fold and specifically be related to the putative mono-oxygenase ydhR family PF08803, however this prediction has not been verified by experiment
