This HMM describes a domain found in the C-terminal region of Rv1535 from Mycobacterium tuberculosis, a protein whose expression is regulated by a Mg(2+)-sensing riboswitch, and as nearly the entire length of proteins of about half the size (about 40 amino acids in length) from other Actinobacterial lineages such as Nocardia.
