Type III secretion system protein PrgH-EprH (PrgH)
In Salmonella, the gene encoding this protein is part of a four-gene operon PrgHIJK, while in other organizms it is found in type III secretion operons. PrgH has been shown to be required for type III secretion and is a structural component of the needle complex, which is the core component of type III secretion systems.
