Centromere-binding protein ParB C-terminal
This is the C-terminal domain found in centromere-binding protein ParB, which is used for stable segregation. The C-terminal domain has a ribbon-helix helix (RHH) motif with a C-terminal loop (residues 119-128) following helix alpha-2. The domain forms a dimer with the C-terminal of the beta chain. The function of the C-terminal domain is to bind to DNA.
