Transcriptome analysis of Escherichia coli under various stress conditions

(Submitter supplied) A genome reduced E. coli strain MDS42ΔgalK::Ptet-gfp-kan were applied for the comparative transcriptome analysis. Genome-wide transcriptional changes under high osmotic prresure, high temperature condition and starvation were evaluated.

Affymetrix Escherichia coli full sequence array (EcFS) [EcFS_1, EcFS_2, and EcFS_3]

(Submitter supplied) A high-density DNA microarray (Ono et al, 2008; Suzuki et al, 2007) covering the whole genome of E. coli W3110 strain (GenoBase, http://ecoli.naist.jp/GB6/search.jsp) was utilised.
