(Submitter supplied) Background/Aim: Legalon SIL (SIL) is a chemically hydrophilized version of silibinin that has exhibited hepatoprotective and antiviral effectiveness against hepatitis C virus (HCV) in patients leading to viral clearance in combination with ribavirin.
