To study gene expression by xylose fermenting strains in the presence and absence of furfural

(Submitter supplied) The main objective is to develop a strain tolerant to furfural for ethanol production from lignocellulosic hydrolysates. We compare gene expressions among three genetically modified S. cerevisiae (control, TAL-expressing and TAL-ADH expressing strain) under the presence and absence of furfural.

Agilent-015072 Yeast Oligo Microarray 4x44K G2519F (Probe Name version)

(Submitter supplied) This oligonucleotide microarray will enable researchers to simultaneously characterize expression of many thousands of yeast genes and identify gene activity during important biological processes, such as yeast growth, adaptation, response to drug candidates and reproduction. Arrays of this design have barcodes that begin with 16015072 or 2515072. The ID column represents the Agilent Probe Names. more...
