(Submitter supplied) The arrays were produced by in vitro transcription/translation (IVTT) reactions using plasmids encoding individual leptospire ORFs as templates, and reactions printed onto nitrocellulose-coated slides. Multiple spots consisting of reactions lacking plasmid templates ('no DNA' controls) are present on each array and used for data normalization.
