CGC Legionella whole-genome microarray v1.0

(Submitter supplied) 70-mer oligonucleotides specific for each of the unique genes in the Legionella pneumophila subsp. pneumophila str. Philadelphia 1 genome (2976 total of the unique probes) were dissolved in 50% DMSO at 30 micromolar concentration and spotted in duplcate on Corning UltraGAPS microarray coated slides (Corning) using SpotArray 72 Microarray printing system (Perkin Elmer).
