(Submitter supplied) The changes of golbal DNA methylation level are relative to phenotypes transition of plant, expecially during producetive growth program. Therefore, we detect the grolbal DNA methlation and transcription level of stems after LD treated and CK group to compare the DNA methylomes difference between CK and LD group. The increase in DNA methylation level of LD group was correlated with decreased expression of DNA demethylase genes.There was a strong negative correlation between the genes expression level and methylation level of the flowering induction/flower development genes.

RNA-sequencing for peel roughing disorder of Satsuma mandarin fruit.

(Submitter supplied) Roughing disorder (RD) is a significant quality barrier in citrus fruit, occurring more easily on easy-peeling mandarins. As RD is not yet well understood, this study aimed to examine the changes and synergic molecular processes involved. Peel with RD was induced by severely defruiting Satsuma mandarin trees. Morphology observations, RNA-sequencing and untargeted and targeted metabolic analyses were conducted.

Overexpression of a B3 Transcription Factor CsFUS3 Promotes Somatic Embryogenesis of citrus through the Abscisic Acid and Gibberellin

(Submitter supplied) To future examine more globally genes that may be responsive to CsFUS3 accumulation, we used RNA-seq to compare the transcriptome profiles of the overexpression line with that of empty vector line at two representative time points during SE. After removing low-quality reads, about 13 million reads per sample were mapped against sweet orange reference genome.
