Summary |
The changes of golbal DNA methylation level are relative to phenotypes transition of plant, expecially during producetive growth program. Therefore, we detect the grolbal DNA methlation and transcription level of stems after LD treated and CK group to compare the DNA methylomes difference between CK and LD group. The increase in DNA methylation level of LD group was correlated with decreased expression of DNA demethylase genes.There was a strong negative correlation between the genes expression level and methylation level of the flowering induction/flower development genes.
