Manufacture protocol 1.Primers specifc for each of the ORFs of 16M genome sequence are designed by Arraydesigner 3.0. Primers are synthesized in 96-well plates.
2. Products of each of the ORFs were amplified in 96-well plate.
3. PCR products are purified in 96-well plates.
4. PCR products are disolved in 50% DMSO, gyrB, glk and 16s rRNA are included in each of the blocks as positive contrl, and 50% DMSO as negative control. These products are transferred into 384-well plates.
5. Products are printed in duplicate on VAL S25 glass slides (ECL); Each slide is composed of 32 sub-arrays in 18 columns and 12 rows.
6. After the print run is completed, allow plates to dry through passive evaporation in a protected environment.
