The cDNA fragments of selected genes were amplified by PCR and the final concentration is ranged from 200 ng/µl to 250 ng/µl. The cDNA fragments were spotted on poly-lysine coated slides by using OmniGrid 100 spotter and cross linked in 400 mJ UV. Keep temperature(room temperature: around 20℃) and the humidity(50%-55%).
