Title SWEGENE_BAC_38K
Technology type spotted DNA/cDNA
Distribution non-commercial
Organism Homo sapiens
Manufacturer SCIBLU - Swegene Centre for Integrative Biology at Lund University
Manufacture protocol Arrays were produced by SCIBLU - Swegene Centre for Integrative Biology at Lund University - at Lund University by using amplified genomic DNA targets from BAC clones. Target amplification was performed using degenerate oligonucleotide primed PCR and products were purified by size-exclusion filtration and verified by agarose gel electrophoresis. After purification, products were dried down, recovered in 50% DMSO to a concentration of 500-1000ng/µl, and printed on amino-silane-coated glass slides (UltraGAPS from Corning) using a MicroGrid2 robot (BioRobotics) equipped with MicroSpot2500 pins (BioRobotics).
Support glass
Coating aminosilane
