Title Institute of Nuclear-Agricultural Sciences Deinococcus radiodurans 3166 array [condensed version]
Technology type spotted oligonucleotide
Distribution non-commercial
Organism Deinococcus radiodurans
Manufacturer The Bioinformatics and Molecular Regulation Laboratory, Zhejiang University
Manufacture protocol The oligonucleotides designed to represent the respective predicted ORFs of Deinococcus radiodurans ((NC_001263, NC_001264, NC_000958, NC_000959) are synthesized and purified by hydrophobic column on HPLC. The oligonucleotides are deposited on to poly-L-Lysine slide in duplicate. There are 32 blocks on the array. In each blocks there were 18 columns and 17 rows. Details can also be found in (Huan Chen, Guangzhi Xu, Ye Zhao, Bing Tian, Huiming Lu, Xiaoming Yu, Songnian Hu, Yuejin Hua*, A Novel OxyR Sensor and Regulator of Hydrogen Peroxide Stress with One Cysteine Residue in Deinococcus radiodurans, PLoS One, 2008, 3 (2): e1602.)
