Title Identification of differentially expressed circRNA in gallbladder cancer compared with matched normal tissue

Summary We hypothesized that the circRNA will play an important role in the progresion of gallbladder cancer. To test this hypothesis, we collect the gallbladder cancer and matched normal tissue from 4 different patients and examined the circRNA expression in these 8 sampels through next generation sequencing.
