Status Public on Jul 30, 2018
Title Metabolic and Expression Regulation by the rex Gene in Caldicellulosiruptor bescii
Organism Caldicellulosiruptor bescii
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Metabolic and Expression Regulation by the rex Gene in Caldicellulosiruptor bescii

Overall design A total of 18 samples were analyzed. Each sample was sequenced on two different sequencing lanes, generating two sequence read files for each sample. A knockout strain (delta_rex) and its parent strain (JWCB005) were each grown in three relicate fermenters and sampled at three different time points throughout batch growth; early, mid and late log phase.
