Summary The Notch pathway plays a critical role in regulating the proliferation and differentiation of endothelial cells during liver homeostasis,so we used EC-specific Notch activation flox-Notch1-ICD mice, and compare the gene expression profiles of LSEC in wild type and NICeCA
 
Overall design liver sinusoidal endothelial cells mRNA profiles of 7-8 weeks old wild type (WT) and NICeCA mice were generated by RNA sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina HiSeq 3000
