Summary |
Fgf20 is expressed from the hair follicle placode and is required for development of the dermal condensate. Here we used RNAseq to identify the immediate transcriptional targets of FGF20 in Fgf20-/- dermis at E13.5, a timepoint immediately prior to dermal condensate initiation.

Overall design |
5 dermises from E13.5 Fgf20-/- embryos were divided in half and cultured with either rFGF20 (1 µg/ml) or BSA vehicle control for 3 hours. Each FGF20-treated half was compared with its BSA control.
