Title |
ATAC sequencing of HAP1 cells |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We analysed the global effect of CHD3-KO and SENP1-KO HAP1 cell lines compared to control cell line, on chromatin accessibility using ATAC-seq.

|
Overall design |
CRISPR-Cas9-generated knockout cells for CHD3 and SENP1 in HAP1 cells were assayed by ATAC-seq, where 150,000 cells were harvested to investigate changes in chromatin accessibility. Three individual experiments were performed. Libraries were prepared and 40-bp paired-end reads were obtained using an Illumina Nextseq 500 sequencer.
