Summary |
In order to understand the protection role of GR in hPC, we captured the GR binding sites and H3K27ac profiles with or without DEX treatment. As GR generally bound far away from TSS, we further generated chromatin interaction map with HiChIP to disect the mechanism of GR regulated transcriptome.
