Title |
Effect of adenosine on the gene expression profile of cumulus cells in vitro cultured as cumulus-oocyte complexes for 6 h |
Platform organism |
Bos taurus |
Sample organism |
Bos indicus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
Changes in gene expression induced by adenosine treatment in cumulus cells using Agilent EmbryoGENE microarray slides. Bovine cumulus-oocyte complexes in vitro-cultured for 6 h using adenosine and compared to non-treated (control). After culture, COC were were washed and cumulus cells were used for microarray analysis

|
Overall design |
Four pools of cumulus cells treated by adenosine were hybridized against four pools of control cumulus cells in a dye-swap design.
