Overall design A. baumannii RNA was extracted to compare gobal gene expression of AB5075 wildtype to AB5075 arcA transposon mutant strain in the presence of sub-inhibitory concentrations of CCCP. Each sample was generated by pooling three independent biological replicate RNA preps.
