Summary To determine the genes that change mRNA transcript abundance in primary human keratinocytes treated by S. aureus phenol-soluble modulins (PSM), we stimulated keratinocytes for 24h with either DMSO(-) Ctl or synthetic PSMα3 (5μg/mL).
