Summary We report here an double stranded RNA sequencing from multiple sclerosis patient blood samples
 
Overall design Whole blood samples (~2.5 ml) were collected in PAXGENE tubes to immediately stabilize endogenous RNA from the following patient groups: 1) patients at the indicated times after their first clinical event suggestive of presence of RRMS commonly referred to as a clinically isolated event or CIS (MS-C) who later went on to receive a diagnosis of RRMS, files labeled as sample 1, sample 2, sample 3 or MS-C 1, MS-C 2, MS-C 3, and healthy controls, sample 4, sample 5, sample 6 or HC 1, HC 2, HC 3.
