Title |
Host transcriptome sequencing of FACS-sorted human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived brain endothelial cells infected with Neisseria meningitidis |
Organisms |
Homo sapiens; Neisseria meningitidis MC58 |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
This study investigates host transcriptome changes of infected human iPS-derived brain endothelial cells in response to prolonged Nm infection (24h)
|
|
|
Overall design |
Infected cells were sorted and RNA was extracted. mRNA-Enriched Poly(A)-Tailed RNA was generated. Each cDNA library was then sequenced by Illumina to ~25-30 million reads.
