Summary |
Dendritic cells and A. fumigatus were co-cultured with two different MOIs (1 or 0,5) for 2, 4 or 6 hours. Single-cultures of dendritic cells and A. fumigatus serve as controls. RNA was isolated and processed for next generation sequencing.
