Summary |
Excessive activation of Hes causes stem cell hyperplasia in larval CNS. Transcriptomics of Notch induced hyperplasia and Hes induced hyperplasia were compared Using affymetrix microarray, global gene expression analysis was performed.

RNA extracted from hand dissected 3rd instar larval CNS's obtained from control, Notch (data submitted in ArrayExpress E-MTAB-3561) and Hes induced hyperplasia using neural stem cell specific grhGAL4. affymetrix CEL files, CHP files generated by Transcription analysis console and matrix table containg Quantile normalised data using R for differential expression are provided. Control and Notch (Quadruplicates) samples are deposited in ArrayExpress E-MTAB-3561
