Overall design |
Bladder cancer cell line T24 and UM-UC-3 was treated with OICR-9429 or DMSO for 48h, respectively. The RNA of the treated cells was extracted and sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (S4) platform and 150-bp paired-end reads were generated.
