Summary To explore the molecular mechanism underlying OICR-9429-induced WDR5 inhibition in BCa cells, a genome-wide RNA-sequencing was conducted to compare gene expression profiles between OICR-9429 treated T24, UM-UC-3 cells and their control cells
 
Overall design Bladder cancer cell line T24 and UM-UC-3 was treated with OICR-9429 or DMSO for 48h, respectively. The RNA of the treated cells was extracted and sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (S4) platform and 150-bp paired-end reads were generated.
