Summary |
Activation of plant immunity by bacterial MAMPs such as flg22 affects nucleosome positioning over thousands of loci and is correlated with the transcription of immune-related genes. Data for chromatin remodelling ATPase EDA16 truncated and over-expressor mutants as well as Col-0 (control) are provided.

Overall design |
2-week-old seedlings were treated with 100 nM flg22 or mock-treated for 2 hours. Material was frozen and ground in liquid nitrogen splitting sample into 2 batches; one for RNA-seq and one for MNase-seq. Col-0, eda16-OE (SAIL_40_F09) and eda16-∆Hc (SAIL_735_G06) seedlings were used. This experiment was carried out in duplicate with 24 samples in total (12 samples for RNA-seq and 12 samples MNase-seq). Samples single-end sequenced with NextSeq 500 Illumina sequencer
