Title Generation of blastocyst-like structures from human embryonic stem cells I [scRNA-seq]
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary We established a method that enables the generation of blastocyst-like structures from human pluripotent stem cells.

Overall design To model human pre-/peri-implantation development, we reported a novel strategy to generate blastocyst-like structures from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) in vitro, which resemble blastocysts in morphology and cell-lineage allocation.
