Overall design |
Hep G2 cells were infected with empty lentivirus vector or lentivirus expressing EFTUD2 gene to establish Hep G2 cells stably expressing empty vector or EFTUD2 gene. The total RNA of Hep G2 cells with or without EFTUD2 overexpression were isolated using Trizol reagent. The transcriptome profiles of these cells were generated by RNA sequencing using BGISEQ-500.
