Summary In this study, the transcriptome of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of healthy adults was investigated in response to in vitro treatment with 1,25(OH)2D3.
 
Overall design RNA-seq of PBMCs of 5 individuals (#5, 9,12,13,14) treated in 3 biologial repeats with the biologically active form of vitamin D, 1,25(OH)2D3 (1,25D) or solvent (0.1% Ethanol (EtOH))
