Title |
Transcriptomic changes induced by RGCC overexpression, stimulation with TGF-beta, and their combination in primary human lung fibroblasts |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
RNA-Seq of normal adult human lung fibroblasts
|
|
|
Overall design |
Normal human lung fibroblasts from an adult donor were electroporated with either RGCC-encoding or a control non-coding (NULL) plasmids, and, 24 h later, either stimulated or not with rhTGF-beta. Analyses were performed 24 h later.
