TRIM21 wild-type and knockout mice were treated with one dose of 200 mg/kg diethylnitrosamine (DEN) dissolved in PBS or PBS only by intraperitoneal injection, 48 h after the treatment, liver tissue were harvested and total RNA is extracted and sequenced
