Summary |
Distinct transcriptomic changes upon ABA treatment are dependent on different VND transcription factors. We performed RNA-sequencing on mock and ABA-treated Arabidopsis plants to investigate the impact of VND1/2/3 and VND7 on gene expression changes upon ABA treatment.
