Status Public on Jun 01, 2021
Title WGS data to conduct phylogenetic analysis in Trichinella
Organisms Trichinella spiralis; Trichinella nativa; Trichinella nelsoni; Trichinella pseudospiralis; Trichinella britovi; Trichinella sp. T6; Trichinella sp. T8; Trichinella murrelli; Trichinella sp. T9; Trichinella papuae; Trichinella zimbabwensis; Trichinella patagoniensis
Experiment type Other
Summary To reveal the correlation between epigenomic diversity and genomic SNVs, we first identified SNPs between T4 with other eleven Trichinella species. In total, we obtained 5,395,250 common SNVs across the twelve Trichinella species.
