Title |
TNF plays a crucial role in inflammation by signaling via T cell TNFR2 [bulkRNA-seq] |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
TNF regulates the inflammatory cytokine secretion from CD4+ T cells in vitro.

|
Overall design |
In vitro experiment (Bulk seq): Naïve CD4+ T cells from WT or Tnfr2-/- mice were isolated from spleen and stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 for 3 days in the presence of the different combinations of cytokines (WT: TNF+TGF-β, Tnfr2-/-: TNF+TGF-β; WT: IL-6+TGF-β) followed by bulk RNA sequence. Each experimental condition was done triplicates and analyzed.
