Overall design |
CD34+CD38-CD90+CD45RA- cells sorted from human cord blood were lentivirally transduced with either shRNAs targeting MTA1 or control shRNA. In order to focus on immediate changes, the GFP+ cells were sorted 60 h after transduction for global gene expression profiling.
