Title |
Nanopore sequencing combining AlphaFold2 identifies alternative splicing derived putative neoantigens in uveal melanoma |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We employed a hybrid method based on Oxford Nanopore long-read sequencing and Illumina sequencing to characterize the AS landscapes, and to identify AS-derived neoantigens. Furthermore, we used the AlphaFold2 algorithm to analyze the structure of these putative neoantigens, thus offering structural insights for further drug development. These results lay the foundation for the development of therapies targeting UM-specific, AS-derived neoantigens.

Overall design |
We performed Nanopore sequencing using high quality fresh UM patient samples to understand the overall AS landscape.
