Title Effect of S. epidermidis phenol-soluble modulins on primary human keratinocytes.
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary To investigate the effect of synthetic phenol-soluble modulins (PSMs) secreted by S. epidermidis on primary keratinocytes.
We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different cells at two time points.

Overall design Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for 70% confluent neonatal prmary human epidermal keratinocytes (48h 2mM CaCl2 pre-differentiation ) followed by 6h synthetic 10uM PSM treatment.
