Title |
Effect of S. epidermidis phenol-soluble modulins on primary human keratinocytes. |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
To investigate the effect of synthetic phenol-soluble modulins (PSMs) secreted by S. epidermidis on primary keratinocytes. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different cells at two time points.

|
Overall design |
Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for 70% confluent neonatal prmary human epidermal keratinocytes (48h 2mM CaCl2 pre-differentiation ) followed by 6h synthetic 10uM PSM treatment.
