Series GSE210961 Query DataSets for GSE210961
Status Public on Aug 25, 2023
Title Human blastoid
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Based on our previous works, we established an optimized protocol that enables the generation of blastocyst-like structures from human pluripotent stem cells.

Overall design To model human pre-/peri-implantation development, we reported a optimized protocol to generate blastocyst-like structures from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) in vitro, which resemble blastocysts in morphology and cell-lineage allocation. Human blastoids provide an accessible, scalable, versatile, and manipulable in vitro model to study the early stages of human development and implantation.
