Summary Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of normal skin and common warts samples infected with the human papilloma virus (HPV). The Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 850,000 CpGs. DNA was extracted from 24 paired wart and normal skin samples.
 
Overall design Bisulphite converted DNA from the 24 samples were hybridised to the Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC BeadChip
