Summary To analyze lung miRNA signatures using a house dust mite model (HDM) of asthma. microRNA sequencing (miRNA-seq) from BALB/c mice (male and female, ages 6-8 weeks old) lung tissue was performed.
 
Overall design Lung miRNA profile from HDM-exposed mice (n=16) was compared to the profile of Saline-treated (controls, n=14) mice.
